Yoga on the Water… SUP Yoga = Stand Up Paddleboard Yoga. This class on the Catawba River is for the adventurous, the risk takers, and those who like to step outside the box. During this yoga flow, you practice both seated and standing postures that are sure to challenge you. This class will put your balance and core strength to the test. This class is not recommended for children unless accompanied by an adult (must be 10 – up).
There is no charge for SUP Yoga if participants bring their own equipment (SUP board, PFD, and paddle). If equipment is needed, it will be provided by the USNWC with the purchase of a Single Activity Pass, a Day Pass, or a Season Pass on a first come, first serve basis.
